I have known and worked with Alan Richards for over eight years, including a substantial period of time while I was Advisor for Music and

Performing Arts for the City of Liverpol and responsible for NQT’s. During this period, Alan was organising music events for our schools and providing children with an opportunity to develop recording and performing skills. Over the years I have come to recognise the commitment, vision and high level of skill Mr. Richards posseses, including his natural flare as a teacher and communicator.

Alan Richards has a lifetime experience of working in the music industry which gives him creedence with children and adults of all ages and abilties.

Alan Richards constantly demonstrates the leadership and management skills which enable him to engage others and then encourage them to develop their own skils.  With a clear understanding of the education process, a track record of excellence and very high level of interpersonal skils, Alan Richards not only has the abilty and experience to work at a high level, but also the stamina and personal commitment to undertake any task and see it through to a sucesfull completion.

I know that Alan works exceptionaly well with adult groups as well as young people within schools and I have personal experience of seeing him deliver practical lessons to young people of a variety of ages, abilties and interests.
